General Associate Program
Denham Capital offers a formal Associate program for individuals who have completed at least one to two years of post-undergraduate work with an investment bank, bulge-bracket or management consulting firm. Our program typically lasts two to three years and provides a structured and integrated introduction to private equity for outstanding and well-qualified candidates. Our Associates have the opportunity to contribute to and work as integrated members of Denham’s investment teams, where they gain exposure to making new investments and managing existing investments while receiving the direct support and feedback of our experienced investment professionals.
